Step 1: Prepare the Loaf Pan
Preheat your oven to 350°F / 175°C.
Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan with butter or non-stick spray. You can also line the pan with parchment paper, leaving a little paper hanging over the sides. This makes it easier to lift the bread out after baking.
