Step 1 – Prep

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Lightly spray a 9×13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
Step 2 – Make the Filling

In a large bowl, combine chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, 1 cup shredded cheese, Ranch dressing mix, and bacon.
Step 3 – Add Biscuits

Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces and gently toss them with the chicken mixture.
Step 4 – Assemble & Bake

Pour the chicken and biscuit mixture into the prepared pan.

Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheese evenly on top.

Bake for 25–35 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown.
Tip: If you prefer biscuits that are less “dumpling-like,” layer the chicken mixture on the bottom and place the biscuits on top before baking.
