PORK CHOP

HOW TO MAKE PORK CHOP

The final product of this Honey Garlic Pork Chops Recipe will blow your mind in terms of how simple it was to make. It is not necessary to marinate the pork chops in this recipe; instead, they are seared until golden, then simmered, broiled, and grilled (or grilled) in the most incredible honey garlic sauce. This dish may be served with pork chops that have the bone in or without the bone.

THE BEST portion is the section that’s charred, crunchy, and has a caramelized coating. The level of interest in this dish has been over the roof! Since I first published my Easy Honey Garlic Chicken recipe many years ago, I have had an overwhelming number of letters from readers requesting a pork chops variation on the dish. Insanely DELICIOUS because this dish is among the very greatest pork recipes that we have ever tried. Chops that are delicious, juicy, and soft, and they almost melt in your mouth.

Everything is cooked in a skillet or another oven-safe pan first, and then it is finished off under the broiler (or on the grill) for a few minutes to make those edges nice and crispy. That very last step was really worth it! Just have a look at how the color is! Serving these Honey Garlic Pork Chops to your loved ones is not going to be a mistake at all!

THE INGREDIENTS LIST:

Pork chops; I used 4 bone-in.

Salt and pepper; enough to season.

1 Tsp.Of garlic powder.

2 Tbsp.Of olive oil.

1 Tbsp.Of unsalted butter.

Minced garlic; I used 6 cloves.

1/4 Cup.Of honey.

1/4 Cup.Of water.

2 Tbsp.Of rice wine vinegar.

PREPARATION:

1st Step

Prepare the grill or oven broiler by heating it to a medium-high temperature. Just before they go in the oven, season the chops with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

2nd Step

Prepare the oil by placing it in a pan or skillet and heating it over medium-high heat until it is hot. Chops should be seared on both sides until they are golden and cooked all the way through, for about 5 minutes on each side). Place on a dish, and keep away for later.

3rd Step

Turn the temperature down to medium. In the same pan, melt the butter while scraping the bottom of the pan to remove any browned pieces that have formed. Sauté garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds).

4th Step

Put the honey, water, and vinegar into the mixing bowl. Raise the temperature to medium-high and continue to simmer, stirring the mixture on occasion, until the sauce has reduced in volume and become somewhat more viscous (approximately three to four minutes).

5th Step

Place the pork back into the pan, baste it liberally with the sauce, and place it on the broiler or on the grill for one to two minutes, or until the sides are browned slightly.

6th Step

Serve over vegetables, rice, pasta, or with a salad, then garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
