THE INGREDIENTS LIST:

2 Tbsp.Of olive oil.

500 grams.Of ground beef.

A small sweet onion – diced.

Salt and pepper.

2 Tsp.Of Worcestershire sauce.

A large green bell pepper – diced.

A 250 grams Pkg.Of elbow macaroni (uncooked).

1 Cup.Of water.

2 Cups.Of beef broth.

½ Cup.Of 2% milk.

60 grams.Of cream cheese.

½ Cup.Of shredded mozzarella cheese.

Sliced provolone cheese; I used 200 grams.

Fresh chopped parsley – for garnish.

PREPARATION:

1st Step

Warm the olive oil in a pan about 12 inches in diameter over medium heat. In a skillet, brown the ground beef and onion together until the beef is no longer pink and the onions are tender and transparent. Salt and pepper may be added according to personal preference.

2nd Step

Mix in some Worcestershire sauce, chopped green bell pepper, macaroni noodles, beef broth, and water.

3rd Step

Place over high heat and bring to a boil. After the water reaches a boil, turn the heat down to a low setting, cover the pot, and let it simmer for 15 minutes.

4th Step

Check that the pasta has been cooked all the way through and that the majority of the liquid has been absorbed or evaporated.

5th Step

While maintaining low heat, add the half cup of milk and the cream cheese cut into cubes to the pan. Continue stirring until the cream cheese is completely mixed into the mixture.

6th Step

Take the pot off the heat. After sprinkling the mozzarella and half of the provolone cheese into the skillet and stirring the mixture, spread the cheese evenly.

7th Step

Add the last part of the provolone cheese on top. To speed up the melting of the cheese, replace the lid on the pan and let it sit for a few minutes. Sprinkle the fresh chopped parsley on top and serve immediately.
