Peanut Butter Chocolate Lasagna — A No-Bake Layered Dessert Dream

Peanut Butter Chocolate Lasagna is one of those desserts that looks impressive, tastes indulgent, and requires zero baking. It’s a chilled layered dessert made with a cookie crust, creamy peanut butter filling, silky chocolate pudding, and whipped topping. Every bite gives you a perfect mix of sweet, salty, creamy, and crunchy textures.

This dessert is ideal for parties, holidays, or whenever you want something rich but easy to assemble ahead of time.

🧾 Ingredients

For the crust:

  • 2 cups chocolate sandwich cookies (crushed, like Oreos)
  • 5 tablespoons melted butter

Peanut butter layer:

  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)

Chocolate pudding layer:

  • 2 packages (3.9 oz each) instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 3 cups cold milk

Top layer:

  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • Chocolate shavings or mini chocolate chips (for garnish)
  • Crushed peanuts (optional)

🍫 Step-by-Step Method

Step 1: Prepare the crust

Start by crushing the chocolate cookies into fine crumbs. You can use a food processor or place them in a sealed bag and crush them with a rolling pin.

Mix the crumbs with melted butter until the texture looks like wet sand.

Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish. Make sure it’s even and compact so it holds together later.

Place it in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes to set.

Step 2: Make the peanut butter layer

In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.

Add peanut butter and powdered sugar, then mix until fully combined and creamy.

Fold in the whipped topping gently using a spatula. This keeps the mixture light and airy.

Spread this peanut butter layer evenly over the chilled crust. Smooth the surface with a spatula.

Return the dish to the fridge while you prepare the next layer.
