If you like garlic bread and creamy pasta, this recipe sits right in the middle of both worlds. Itâs buttery, aromatic, and baked until the top is slightly golden while the inside stays soft and saucy.
đ§ž Ingredients (Serves 3â4)
- 250â300 g pasta (spaghetti, fettuccine, or penne work best)
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4â5 garlic cloves, finely minced
- 1 cup heavy cream (or cooking cream)
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup mozzarella (optional, for extra meltiness)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
đĽ Step-by-Step Method
1. Cook the pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the noodles until they are just al dente (slightly firm).
Do not overcook them because they will continue cooking in the oven later.
Drain and set aside.
2. Make the garlic butter base
In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and sautĂŠ for about 1â2 minutes, just until fragrant.
