HOW TO MAKE CHERRY CHEESECAKE LUSH

There is no need to turn on the oven since this cherry cheesecake luscious does not need it. This dessert is so delicious and gratifying that you will be seeking any occasion to prepare it. It has a foundation made of golden Oreos and a creamy no-bake cheesecake that is layered with layers of sweet cherry pie filling, velvety cream cheese, and fluffy whipped cream. This lovely and airy dessert would be perfect for any potluck or other special occasion you could think of. Include a dollop of vanilla ice cream on the side, please.

Store this no-bake cherry cheesecake dessert in the refrigerator, carefully wrapped in plastic wrap, or an airtight food storage container for the longest possible shelf life. It will maintain its quality for up to a week.

THE INGREDIENTS LIST:

2½ Cups.Of crushed vanilla sandwich cookies.

⅓ Cup.Of salted melted butter; slightly cooled.

A block.Of cream cheese; softened to room temp.

¾ Cup.Of granulated sugar.

2 Tsp.Of vanilla extract.

2 Cups.Of frozen whipped topping; defrosted and divided.

2 boxes.Of « cheesecake » flavored instant pudding mix.

3 Cups.Of whole milk.

Canned cherry pie filling; I used 2 cans.Of 21-ounces.

1 Cup.Of chopped pecans.

PREPARATION:

1st Step

Prepare a glass baking dish measuring 9 by 13 inches with butter, and put it aside.

2nd Step

Crush the vanilla sandwich cookies in the bowl of a food processor until you get a mixture of fine crumbs and larger crumbs. After adding the melted butter, process the mixture until it is smooth.

3rd Step

Put the cookie mixture in the baking dish that has been oiled, and then put it in the freezer for ten minutes so that it may become cold while you work on the next layer.

4th Step

Combine cream cheese, granulated sugar, vanilla, and 1 cup of frozen whipped topping in a large bowl and mix well with a hand mixer or in a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment.

5th Step

After spreading the cream cheese mixture over the cookie crumb layer that had been cooled, put the dish back in the freezer for an additional ten minutes.

6th Step

Mix together the two packets of pudding mix, the milk, and a half cup of the frozen whipped topping using a whisk or a beater. Mix everything together with the whisk until it starts to become thicker.

7th Step

Spread the pudding layer over the cream cheese layer that has been refrigerated, and then place the dish in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or until the pudding has set.

8th Step

Layer the cherry pie filling over the layer of pudding that has been refrigerated. Be cautious to spread it out so that it doesn’t combine with the layers that came before it.

9th Step

Place the remaining whipped topping on top gently. After sprinkling with chopped pecans, place the mixture in the refrigerator for one to two hours to cool.
