Creamsicle Orange Fluff

 

Instructions

Step 1 – Dissolve Jell-O

  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk orange Jell-O with boiling water until fully dissolved.

Step 2 – Chill Slightly

  • Stir in cold water.

  • Place in the fridge for about 20 minutes, or until thickened but not fully set.

Step 3 – Add Pudding Mix

  • Whisk in the cheesecake pudding mix until smooth.

  • Chill another 20 minutes, until thickened.

Step 4 – Fold in the Fluff

  • Gently fold in Cool Whip, mandarin oranges, and marshmallows until evenly combined.

Step 5 – Chill & Serve

  • Refrigerate for 1–2 hours before serving.

  • Garnish with extra orange slices, marshmallows, or a mint leaf if desired.


Tips & Variations

  • Fruit swaps: Try crushed pineapple, strawberries, or peaches instead of oranges.

  • Make it lighter: Use sugar-free Jell-O, light pudding mix, and light whipped topping.

  • For a firmer set: Chill the Jell-O base a little longer before folding in the Cool Whip.

  • Serving idea: Spoon into small dessert cups or parfait glasses for individual servings.
