Step 1: Preheat the Oven

Step 2: Prepare the Cauliflower

Remove the outer green leaves from the cauliflower and cut off the thick stem. Then cut the cauliflower into small bite-sized florets.

Try to keep the pieces relatively similar in size so they cook evenly. Smaller florets usually crisp up better than large chunks.

Once cut, rinse the cauliflower and dry it thoroughly using a clean kitchen towel or paper towels. Removing moisture is important because excess water can prevent proper roasting.
