Delicious Brown Sugar Pork Chops
Ingredients:
4 thick pork chops (about 1 inch each)
4 tbsp packed brown sugar
4 tbsp butter
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions:
Step 1:
Preheat your oven to 350°F. Lightly oil a large baking pan and arrange the pork chops in it.
Step 2:
Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of brown sugar over each pork chop. Then, place 1 tablespoon of butter on top of each chop.
Step 3:
Drizzle soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce evenly over the pork chops. Cover the pan with aluminum foil and bake for 40 minutes.
Step 4:
After 40 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 20 minutes until the pork chops are golden brown.
