Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Vegetables

Start by shredding the cabbage and carrots. Thinly sliced vegetables cook quickly and blend well with the meat filling.

Chop the green onions and mince the garlic and ginger. These ingredients add aromatic flavor and give the egg rolls their characteristic taste.


Step 2: Cook the Filling

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
