  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Step 1: Cook the Pasta

Start by boiling water in a large pot with a pinch of salt. Add your pasta and cook until al dente (firm to the bite). Drain the water, drizzle with a little olive oil to prevent sticking, and set aside.

Step 2: Brown the Ground Beef
