Directions:
1. Make the Cream Filling:
Whip the cream in a large mixing bowl until soft peaks form.
Gently fold in the condensed milk and vanilla extract until smooth and well-blended.
2. Prep the Fruits:
Wash and chop your selected fruits into bite-sized pieces.
3. Assemble the Layers:
Start by spreading a thin layer of the cream mixture on the bottom of your serving dish (a glass dish works beautifully).
Add a layer of biscuits—dip each biscuit briefly in milk first if you’d like a softer texture.
Top the biscuits with a generous layer of the cream mixture, followed by a layer of fruits.
Continue layering: biscuits, cream, fruits—until all components are used up. Finish with a layer of cream on top.
4. Chill and Set:
Cover the dish with cling film and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or ideally overnight, so the layers can firm up and the flavors meld together.
5. Serve and Enjoy:
Spoon into bowls and serve chilled. It’s light, creamy, fruity, and irresistible!
