Think of them as a cross between a taco, a quesadilla, and a stuffed pastry—sealed pockets filled with seasoned meat, melted cheese, and your favorite toppings. For the filling:
- 500g ground beef (or chicken)
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 packet taco seasoning (or homemade blend)
- ½ cup tomato sauce or salsa

For the pockets:
- 6–8 small tortillas (flour works best)

1. Prepare the filling
