
Instructions
1. Preheat Oven & Cook Meat

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef with chopped onion until beef is browned and onions are soft. Drain excess grease.
2. Prepare the Creamy Sauce

In a mixing bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, heavy cream, beef broth, rosemary, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Layer the Casserole

Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Layer half of the potato slices on the bottom.

Spread ⅓ of the soup mixture over the potatoes, then top with half of the cooked beef mixture.

Repeat with another layer of potatoes, ⅓ of the soup, and the remaining beef.

Spread the remaining soup mixture on top and finish with shredded cheese.
4. Bake

Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour 30 minutes, until potatoes are tender and cheese is melted and bubbly.
