Pasta Shells with Ground Beef

Instructions

1. Brown the Ground Beef
In a skillet, cook the ground beef with minced garlic, black pepper, and Sazon Perfecta until browned. Drain excess grease.

2. Toast the Pasta Shells
In a deep skillet, heat ¼ cup oil and lightly brown the pasta shells, similar to how you would brown rice in a pilaf.

3. Combine Ingredients
Add the cooked ground beef to the browned pasta shells. Stir in:

  • Water

  • Chicken and tomato bouillon

  • Diced serrano chiles

  • Half the chopped onion

  • Rotel

  • Chopped cilantro

  • Red Sazon

  • Bay leaf

  • Garlic and onion powder to taste

4. Simmer & Cook
Cover the skillet and cook over medium-high heat until the pasta shells are al dente and have absorbed the flavors.

5. Serve & Enjoy
Remove from heat, stir gently, and serve hot. Garnish with extra cilantro if desired for a fresh, vibrant touch.

Tip: Adjust the number of serrano chiles to control the spice level—add more for heat or fewer for a milder dish.
