Pepperoni Pizza Casserole

 

Instructions

1. Prep the Oven & Dish

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • Grease a casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.

2. Cook the Pasta

  • Boil rotini according to package instructions. Drain and return to the pot.

  • Stir in pizza sauce, diced pepperoni, and 1½ cups of mozzarella cheese until well combined.

3. Assemble the Casserole

  • Pour the pasta mixture into the prepared casserole dish.

  • Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of mozzarella on top.

  • Add whole pepperoni and finish with a sprinkle of oregano.

4. Bake

  • Bake for 7–10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  • Remove from oven, let cool slightly, then serve.

  • Mix diced and whole pepperoni for easy eating and a visually appealing dish.

  • Mini pepperoni can be used to skip dicing.

  • Add your favorite veggies like bell peppers or mushrooms for a pizza-style twist.
