
Instructions
1. Prep the Oven & Dish

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Grease a casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
2. Cook the Pasta

Boil rotini according to package instructions. Drain and return to the pot.

Stir in pizza sauce, diced pepperoni, and 1½ cups of mozzarella cheese until well combined.
3. Assemble the Casserole

Pour the pasta mixture into the prepared casserole dish.

Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of mozzarella on top.

Add whole pepperoni and finish with a sprinkle of oregano.
4. Bake

Bake for 7–10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove from oven, let cool slightly, then serve.
