HOW TO MAKE PERFECT PINEAPPLE CAKE
This simple recipe for an old-fashioned pineapple cake calls for just five ingredients and can be put together in less time than it takes to preheat the oven. It has a very pineapple-forward taste and turns out really moist. This homemade pineapple cake is not only simple to prepare but also straightforward to present to guests. Because there are only five ingredients total, including crushed pineapple, it is quite possible that you already have all of the components on hand. In addition, the preparation just requires a few minutes and a single dish. You don’t even need to use your stand mixer!
THE INGREDIENTS LIST:
1 ½ Cups.Of granulated white sugar.
2 Cups.Of all-purpose flour.
2 small spoons.Of baking soda.
A large can.Of crushed pineapple with juice (20-oz).
2 large beaten eggs.
PREPARATION:
1st Step
Bring the temperature in the oven up to 350 degrees. Prepare a 9×13 pan with butter.
2nd Step
In a bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, and baking soda) well.
3rd Step
Add the eggs, then stir in the pineapple, until everything is well combined, and pour it into the prepared pan.
4th Step
And now, bake your cake for around 30 to 35 min, just until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Take care not to overcook.

Spread some cream cheese icing on top, or use whipped topping.
