HOW TO MAKE GARLIC PARMESAN POTATO WEDGES
These Baked Parmesan Garlic Potato Wedges are really simple to make and have the most delicious flavor combination of parmesan, garlic, and cheese. These delicious wedges are roasted to perfection, ensuring that they will be a big favorite with everyone.
On one side, the potatoes should be tender and mushy, while on the other, the skin should have a touch of crispiness from being roasted. This is the ideal mix. These Potato Wedges are sure to become a household favorite and won’t be around for very long. The preparation of these is straightforward, and you only need a few components to infuse each mouthful with taste.
Fries are one of my favorite foods, and I’ve been wanting a tasty plate of them for quite some time. The thick and hearty Baked Parmesan Garlic Potato Wedge is far more fulfilling to me than french fries, which I like to get whenever we get takeout since I am a sucker for fries.
THE INGREDIENTS LIST:
3 or 4 large russet potatoes.
1/4 Cup.Of extra-virgin olive oil.
1 Tbsp.Of garlic powder
1 Tbsp.Of Italian seasoning
1 Tsp.Of salt or to taste.
1/4 Tsp.Of Freshly ground black pepper.
1/2 Cup.Of freshly grated Parmesan.
Fresh Chopped parsley.
PREPARATION:
1st Step
Turn the oven on to 400 degrees. With a knife, halve each potato lengthwise. Make three wedges out of each of the halves.
2nd Step
Put the potato wedges in a large bowl and add the olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, grated parmesan, and little salt and pepper to the bowl.
3rd Step
Place the potatoes, skin side down, in a single layer on a baking pan about 15 inches in diameter that have been sprayed with cooking spray.
4th Step
Mix in any residual coating that is available. Bake them for 25 to 30 minutes, or until they have achieved a golden brown color and a crisp texture.
5th Step
Serve with ketchup, ranch, or any other sauce of your choosing, and garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
