Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Begin by slicing the smoked Polish sausage into rounds, peeling and dicing the potatoes into bite-sized cubes, and slicing the onion into thin rings.
  2. Par-Cook the Potatoes (Optional): To ensure the potatoes cook evenly and crisp up nicely, you can par-cook them by boiling for 5-7 minutes or microwaving for about 4 minutes until just tender. Drain and pat them dry to remove excess moisture.
