HOW TO MAKE MINI CHERRY CHEESE DANISHES
Danish pastries are a delicious delicacy that is perfect for serving breakfast on special occasions. Everything about them is indulgent and lovely, from the buttery, flaky pastry to the sticky-sweet fruit filling to the sugar glaze that is lightly brushed on top of them.
Since they require a significant amount of effort to prepare, you should, of course, save them for use only on very exceptional occasions. Kneading the dough, spreading it out, letting it rest for a whole night, and then rolling it out once again are some of the processes involved in the laborious process of producing a flaky, flavorful pastry. Since it is so time-consuming and difficult, most people conclude that it is simpler to get them from a bakery instead. What if, though, it wasn’t?
This recipe for Quick Cherry Cheese Danish utilizes a highly subtle shortcut to simplify the process of making homemade Danish. You can bypass all of the kneading and rolling and other things by just beginning with a can of crescent roll dough that has been chilled. Just cut it into circles, press them down, and fill them with the filling, which is not only very simple to prepare but also super easy to make since you use canned cherry pie filling. All you have to do is cut it into circles. After that, you just put them in the oven, make the glaze, and then pour it over after the cupcakes have cooled down a little bit.

Step 4:
Place about two tablespoons worth of the cream cheese mixture in the middle of each piece of dough and spread it out. Spread about one teaspoon of cherry pie filling on top of each slice.
Step 5:
Bake for 12 to 14 minutes, until the top, is brown and golden. Before transferring them, let them cool for four to five minutes on the baking sheet.
Step 6:
Combine a one-half cup of powdered sugar and two to three tablespoons of milk in a small bowl.
Step 7:
Begin with two teaspoons of milk, then add more as necessary to get the consistency you want. Glaze should be drizzled over the Danish, and the dish should be served warm.
