SHEET PAN PORK CHOPS WITH MULTI-COLORED POTATOES

HOW TO MAKE SHEET PAN PORK CHOPS WITH MULTI-COLORED POTATOES

You want a full dinner, but you don’t want to spend the time preparing it. Please let these pork chops with potatoes and broccoli cooked in a sheet pan come to your aid. Dinner may be ready in less than an hour using only a single pan, a handful of simple ingredients, and nothing more. Dinners that just need one pan are the definition of “living the good life.”

Getting the pork chops, roasted potatoes, and broccoli all chopped, seasoned, cooked, and served may take a couple of hours; however, you could reduce that time in half by roasting it all on one sheet pan, which is simply excellent time management! I’m fairly confident that you’ll adore this meal.

One pan also means you won’t have to wash as many different pots and pans after supper since you just need to wash one… As everything bakes on a single sheet pan, the only thing you’ll need to clean up is the pan itself. If you want to make cleanup even simpler, you may line the pan with foil before you start cooking.

If you would like to accompany your pork chops with other side dishes, such as potatoes and a vegetable, you will need to ensure that each component of the dish is cooked to the appropriate level before serving it. Cooking broccoli will be completed in fewer minutes compared to cooking potatoes or pork. The easiest way to cook your protein, starch, and vegetable on the same sheet pan is to leave some space vacant on your sheet pan, and then add the second and third ingredients to the pan halfway through the cooking process. This will allow you to cook everything in the same pan!

THE INGREDIENTS LIST:

FOR THE PORK CHOPS; I USED:

Boneless pork chops; I used 4 thick-cut.

salt and pepper; to season.

1 Tsp.Of garlic powder.

1 Tsp.Of Italian herb seasoning blend.

½ Tsp.Of smoked paprika.

2 Tsp.Of dry ranch seasoning.

FOR THE BROCCOLI; YOU ONLY NEED:

3 Cups.Of broccoli florets.

1 Tbsp.Of olive oil.

salt and pepper; to season.

AND THESE ARE THE INGREDIENTS NEEDED FOR THE POTATOES:

Baby gold potatoes, I used 1 pound cut in half.

2 Tbsp.Of olive oil.

salt and pepper

2 Tsp.Of garlic powder.

⅓ Cup.Of grated parmesan cheese.

PREPARATION:

1st Step

Prepare a baking sheet by greasing it and preheating the oven to 425 degrees.

2nd Step

Place potatoes in a single layer on one-third of the sheet pan. Keep the pork chops in the oven for 5–10 minutes while you prepare them.

3rd Step

Salt and pepper the pork chops liberally all over, then season them with garlic powder, an Italian herb mix, paprika, and ranch seasoning. Finally, grill the pork chops.

4th Step

Place the pork chops in the pan and arrange them so that they take up the middle third of the pan. Put back into the oven for another 10 minutes.

5th Step

While that is going on, proceed with prepping the broccoli. Oil should be tossed with broccoli before it is seasoned with salt and pepper. Place on top of the remaining one-third of the baking pan.

6th Step

Place the pan back into the oven and continue baking for another ten to fifteen minutes, or until the broccoli and potatoes can be easily penetrated with a fork. If you are using a meat thermometer, the middle of the pork should register 145 degrees.

7th Step

Before serving with potatoes and broccoli, give the pork some time to rest for around three to five minutes. Enjoy!
